Since my boyfriend and I have lived like two ships passing in the night this week, we were both looking forward to meeting up for a small Kellogg reunion after work at the Wit Hotel.  But when the long line ran out of the door (and out of the air conditioning), we decided to forgo the festivities and instead spend some time together over dinner at Osteria Via Stato.  Though he ended up heading back to the office after our little date, I relished the few moments we had to just be together and share the details of our day.  On busy weeks like these, it’s a small step that makes a big difference.
